Management assuredly realizes I valued the “A Team” which was Kyle and Eddie that remedied the slip shot inferior work left behind using the original sub par contractors. We would all agree the entire experience was a nightmare. In hindsight should have selected Superior Restoration, but the choice was not mine to make.

This company stole the money out of my insurance claim. I had an estimate that was never finished. They lost my tile that was on sale. Then work was done that I hadn’t received an estimate for was done without approval that they decided to try to bill me for. They left my kitchen and master bath down to the studs. Then I as a handicap person had to find a way to pay for all of this still since the insurance money was gone, and there was no work to show for it at all except a little bit of drywall, but I could’ve gotten any Joe blow to do. I spoke all the way to the president of the company nobody ever did anything. If I could give them a zero I would. They use their position as the insurance company’s Adjuster to steal. There is nothing reputable or reliable or honest about anyone all the way around the company as I have spoken to possibly evety office person , mgr, district, area bp and finally state president. If they hadn’t just took the money and took off or at least return some of it, it would have been better than having to go into severe debt that cost me in personal financial and taken my trust and security in my own home. Which I didn’t get to live in for two years by the way. So that was added costs. RUN AWAY! Save yourself good people!

Allied saved my life. Their professionalism, speed, and competence made my roof restoration as stress free as possible. They talked me through every step and ensured I was absolutely satisfied before they started. I never thought I would brag to my friends about my roof, but this whole experience and the final result have, without a doubt, blown my expectations out of the water. The staff was beyond knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I feel so safe with my new roof and front door. They also removed all of the water damaged dry wall and wood, instead of just patching over it. They found the exact blue I wanted for my door and let me keep the paint for any future touch ups. They cleaned up behind themselves every day, and played fun music and were always cheerful and polite. Would highly recommend them for your next project.

We had contractors that ran out on us. Rue reassured me and got her crew in the next day. She texted me every day for updates and even went by and sent pictures throughout the process. I can not say enough things about Allied Restoration and Construction. Thank you for making our house beautiful!!
