I took time off work to have my roof inspected by Cavalry construction on June 3rd, and as of June 25th I have not received an estimate, and neither has State Farm. After multiple texts, phone calls and emails I am still unable to get a response from the inspector or anyone else at the company. Maybe they don’t want to do the job, which is fine, but I believe they owe me an estimate, or at least some response. [Edit] June 26th 2024 I’ve been informed that an estimate was provided to State Farm, but was not available to me, through no fault of Cavalry. State Farm states that while they can recommend contractors, the contractor works for the policy holder and not State Farm. Cavalry, as with any ‘approved vendor’ is bound by strict guidelines that prevent them from sharing their estimate with the policy holder until approved by State Farm; this to me is a contradiction, but not under Cavalry’s control. I have not had any construction work done by Cavalry and have no reason to believe they provide anything but excellent work. In my case, communication from the company could have been better, even if an estimator goes on vacation. That’s really all I can comment on.

Cavalry oversaw our restoration project following water damage to our home due to a problem with the AC unit drain system. Two bathrooms, wood flooring, walls, and ceilings were affected, requiring us to move out of our home while the work was being done. As you can imagine, everything about this was stressful. However, having professionals at Cavalry like Henry Harms managing the estimates and paperwork for insurance and Zak Kouns managing the on site work and crews, we were relieved of much that would burden us. We are back in our lovely home, and so grateful for the extra care and dedication this company showed. Highly recommend!

I had major water damage in my master bath, closet and bedroom due to clogged pipes. After the damage was removed and the dry-out completed, Cavalry Construction was retained to to do the repair/rebuild. Harry Harms, Project Manager and Project Supervisor, Richard Gadwood explained in detail the rebuild to be accomplished. I had never had the experience of major home repair and they were helpful in making the experience as easy as possible. The team was there when they said they would be and were excellent to work with. They restored/re-built walls, flooring, plumbing, and vanity. I highly recommend Cavalry Construction for any construction or restoration work.

We highly recommend Cavalry and especially Josh and Mani! They did above and beyond for us during our repair/remodel. Josh, as the project manager, was so detailed in his estimate that it gave us peace that there would be no surprises. We made many changes throughout the process and he was so patient and helpful. Mani, the superintendent, designed our kitchen. He made several designs for us as things needed to change. They were so gracious as they waited more than a week for us to decide on the new design. Josh and Mani answered all our questions, only offered advice if asked, and were very wise in their counsel. It was a great collaboration! These are men of integrity. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Cavalry Construction did an excellent job restoring my house in Irving, TX that was severely damaged in a fire. I was immediately assigned a Project Manager, Joshua Hughes and Production Supervisor, Richard Gadwood, who quickly assessed the scope of work, developed a restoration plan and partnered with me every step of the way. The house had to be taken down to the studs and roof peeled off; Josh and Richard quickly addressed all of my questions and concerns and gave me confidence that I made the right choice with Cavalry. The level of customer service was best in class and I am beyond pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail that construction crew provided.
