Amazing Restoration Company! Their work was outstanding and impeccable. Once approved, they immediately got to work on the remediation. The office staff(especially Lizette & Railey) kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend JGB restoration for their superior standards.

Andrew and Bryan did a fantastic job with the remediation from two leaks that occurred with the rain this year. I’m very happy with how well they did isolating the area to not cause any dust/debris to spread, and their work removing the damaged walls/ceiling. They were quick, thorough and respectful. Made this stressful time a little easier. Thank you!

I have had an extremely negative experience with this company. Their office is extremely disorganized, every time they send someone out to do the actual work, it’s a different team – and while it’s understandable to have many employees – the thing that is truly baffling to me is how bad their notes are. Every time someone was on-site to do work, they were confused or misinformed about what they were supposed to be doing that day. The people who show up to do the work have no idea what happened the last time someone was on-site to do work. I think they need a project manager who oversees the whole project – and that person should be the point of contact instead of some people in the office who don’t seem to have any idea what’s going on. I thought I was talking to a project manager at the beginning, when they first came out to do an estimate, but I haven’t heard from him at all. I cannot ever recommend this company.

Juan and Eddie did an outstanding job for us. Their work was clean and tidy, and Juan kept us informed throughout the day. JGB understood the urgency from the moment I called them and they were able to respond timely with their inspection, subsequent work order/estimate, and performing the work. Could not have been a better experience and we are fully satisfied with JGB’s customer focus.

We could not have had a better experience with JGB, they were able to turn what was at first a massive inconvenience, into my wife and I getting the kitchen we’ve always wanted! From containment/abatement all the way through the final build out and clean up they made the process completely painless!
