Gerson, Ender, and Carlos from Servpro are very professional. They came in and pulled all the wet sheetrock and insulation in my house. The clean up was great. I didn’t have to remove or throw anything away. If you need help call Servpro and if you’re lucky to get Gerson, Ender, and Carlos you are getting a great team and great work.

Our kitchen had water damage following Hurricane Beryl, and ServePro sent out Gerson, Ender, and Carlos to help us out. They are an amazing crew! They were willing to answer all of our questions before getting started, and they worked to be sure our kitchen was still accessible (as much as it could be) for us, even grabbing my coffee pot at the last minute- we all know how important that is! 😀 We couldn’t have asked for a better crew – hard working, respectful, and attentive to details!

We had water leaks in our master bedroom ceiling and through various windows and doors due to Hurricane Beryl. Jared from ServPro was out at our house first thing in the morning the next day. He assessed the entire home and gave us an honest estimate on the spot for remediation needed on all floors. Within a few hours after that, his team, Brian and George, were at our house remediating the water damage. They did an excellent job working quickly to address the issues, explaining to us exactly what they were doing at each step. After cutting the drywall they checked to ensure there was no additional mold growth and confirmed that there was not. These three gentlemen were honest, fair, extremely professional, and solved our water problem immediately. Highly recommend this team. 10/10

Oscar and Brian came by the house and set everything up. They explained every step of the process. They set up all the dryer fans and were very thorough with placement. The day was stressful but it was made easier with their fast and friendly service.

If this is the location that “Wilson Recon KC” reconstruction is based out of I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are slow, and their work is very subpar. One of their employees quit midway there the job and it took them over a month to get back to me. The carpet installer tried to hide their subpar work but squares of carpet that were pieced in came up when vacuuming. Overall it was not a great experience start to finish. Servpro/ Wilson Recon
