There’re a lot of roofing company in the market but, Alpha Restoration Services stands out to me. The entire team Rudy,Stephanie and Genesis were communicating with me every step of the project. The team communicated with me during the process and when I need additional things done it wasn’t looked at as a hassle. I used their recommendation for a contractor for my HVAC because of them and the work was also superb. I will definitely will be using them in the future and recommending them their roofing needs to others.

Alpha Restoration services did an awesome job cleaning and restoring our entire home after a flood. They came out to our house the same day a pipe burst literally 30 mins after I called them and began working. Rudy and his team took great care with all of our belongings and furniture damaged by water. They removed all of our damaged carpet, damaged trim and worked into the late hours making sure everything was done before the drying process started. Rudy has kept us up to date and communicated daily with us through the whole process and worked with our insurance company. I highly recommend Rudy and his team. Thank so much for your outstanding professional work!

Recommendation Letter for Rudy Lopez, This is to commend and recommend Mr. Rudy Lopez, in 2021 a burst pipe caused extensive damage to both our kitchen and an adjoining bedroom. Restoration required rebuilding part of tye kitchen cabinets, replacing and repainting drywall in both rooms and installation of new hardwood flooring in the bedroom. Under Rudy’s supervision, the cabinet maker restored the cabinets to their original condition, the drywall specialist matched the existing walls and paint flawlessly, and the hardwood flooring was put down perfectly, all this was done under added complications, caused by the pandemic and supply chain issues. Rudy closely monitored all the work make sure that it was done in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. On one occasion he even went the extra step to personally deliver the hardwood flooring to the house, carrying in the heavy boxes himself. But this is to do more than recommended Rudy for this professional and supervisory skills, During the course of the restoration I found Rudy to be kind, thoughtful, sincere person, one whom I came to think of as a friend. I highly recommend Rudy, with as much sincerity as I can convey on paper, to anyone needing restoration or any other kind of work.
