Just want to share my experience using AAA water Damage Restoration. I had an emergency water heater tank leakage that started at 4am in my unit. Being under a lot of stress Chris and his profession team made this nightmare such a quick and efficient restoration experience a smooth one for my tenant and I. Chris and his team educated me with the whole process step by step identified and found the solution to this whole mess. Chris went above and beyond because all my plumbers were busy with other jobs and he was able to coordinate a plumber to install my water heater. I work for the Hawaii Theatre Center and we had a major leak occur overnight. Chris and his team arrived on a Saturday in order to accommodate us. Their team spent a couple days drying and repairing damages to our theatre’s dressing rooms and walk ways. The leak damaged 4 floors of dressing room carpet. Now it is not even noticeable that we even had a leak. AAA were prompt and ready every time they needed to be here. It was a great experience working with Chris and his team.

Chris and the team were amazing when I had a repeated toilet flooding incident in my upstairs bathroom. They were quick to respond and help me with the home owner insurance process. The put my mind at ease about the damages with consistent communication. It’s so nice to be able to have reliable help and be able to trust getting in your home repair. Chris and the team were easily reachable and returned my calls as soon as I a called no matter the day of the week or time of day. Really appreciated having help right away, and easy communication and help with to prevent worst mold damage. They also tested and made sure that damage was not further in my ceiling or adjunct wall where my toilet overflowed. Chris and the crew are old school kind of help that is hard to get anymore in Oahu. Repair work done by local people you know and that are not trying to over charge you. Just easy to understand straight forward solutions without a bunch of confusion. Thank you so much for the help right away. Best home damage help I have had in a a long time.

If you are a real estate professional, this is the last company I would trust. Chris Pruett insulted my husband and cancelled 5 minutes before he was due because this guy is easily confused. Obviously works with bureaucracy and not busy professionals who need a job done quick and right. I agreed to his price and said my husband would be meeting him. He said my husband sounded like a lady on the phone so he didn’t trust him. Doesn’t understand that I’m a busy professional who has calls to make. I would have pre-paid his rate (which was also the highest I had been quoted but keep in mind last minute booking) Called a professional service and they are showing up and giving us a 10% discount 🙂 Buyer highly beware of this business

AAA Water Damage Restoration & Carpet Care gave us quality work at an association we managed. They did the work on a timely manner, they have kept in contact with us from beginning to end. They are trustworthy and very affordable. Chris is very easy to work with, he is patient, kind and humble. He always has a smile. My condominium bathroom flooded and I was referred to have AAA Water Damage Restoration Company to fix this issue. I am so glad I did. Chris and his workers were very polite and professional. Chris and his team, worked very hard to get the carpets dried and cleaned, and repainted the walls of my daughters bedroom. I appreciate Chris, and his team. Chris and his workers did a fantastic job. My parents condo had a flood and Chris and his workers were able to start very quickly to fix the problem. After everything; water drained from behind the walls and carpet dried, Chris and his workers steamed cleaned the carpets and re painted one of the rooms. Highly recommend this company. Mahalo, Chris, very pleased.

Chris and his team are very professional. I don’t like having people I don’t know come into my home, but his staff were very friendly and made it a comfortable experience. My condo flooded and they responded to the flood very quickly and were at my place within an hour from the time I called. The were able to extract the water out completely and dry everything with their equipment within 24 hours. I highly recommend their services.

I’m always a little nervous to have workers come to my apartment since I live alone, but Chris and his crew seemed genuine right from the gecko. My apartment flooded and every inch of the floor was damaged. Chris found the leak before the plumber even arrived! I had industrial type drying equipment set up for days which was monitored once daily by the company. Once dry, it took 1 day to pull up the floors and get the funky smell out, then 1 day to install the new beautiful, and waterproof (hehe), floors. I appreciate the job well done and extra consideration I was given along the way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything being done. I don’t think you can go wrong with this company. 5 star service with aloha
