We had a major water line break in our attic, and there was lots of damage to our lower floor and kitchen area. Alex from All Brothers was on the job within hours, assessed the damage quickly, and immediately helped with a remediation plan. He and his team leader Raymond worked over a couple of weeks to get our home ready for a contractor to begin the rebuilding process and went beyond the call of duty, like helping us move items for the packout. Alex and Raymond worked directly with our insurance company and our contractor to make the process transparent and seamless. My wife and I highly recommend All Brothers. I would add a star and give them a sixth star!

I contacted All Brothers after some major water damage. I was very anxious, but Alex and Raymond helped put my mind at ease. Raymond (Project Manager) came to the house immediately to assess the damage, take photos and measurements for insurance, and then began removing water-soaked materials and drying out the house. Anti-microbial treatment and fans were placed to ensure no further mold growth. He was very thorough and advised us every step of the way what was being done, what to expect, etc. Alex was in communication regularly through the process. Raymond and his crew did a phenomenal job on the mitigation. Alex went above and beyond to assist with insurance and numerous other concerns, and treated us like family. I’m sure that I tried their patience asking so many questions, but they never acted like it. They also recommended other contractors who they have worked with that we could trust for our rebuilding needs. I cannot thank or recommend them highly enough! All Brothers will look out for you and make a stressful situation a lot easier.

Professional, Polite, and Punctual. My wife discovered what appeared to be water damage to the baseboard, just outside of an exterior wall and the shower stall. I called All Brothers and spoke with Alex. He said he’d be there later that afternoon to do an inspection. Several hours later, he was at the house. Upon inspection, he said that there was in fact a leak, but it was small and if I were up to it, could probably fix it myself. After explaining all of my options and the different routes we could go, I decided to take his advice and take care of it myself. I respect the fact that a businessman chose to offer simple solutions to what could have been made into a full-blown project. If I ever need this sort of service in the future, I’ll be sure to call Alex over at All Brothers.

Went with All Brothers after flooding from hurricane. They provided quality work, reports with detailed photos of damages and repairs, and communicated with myself and insurance promptly. They are familiar with working with insurance companies. Completed work in satisfactory timeline. Charges were reasonable given all of the above. Would absolutely use again.

After hurricane Ian destroyed my house I worked with Alex and his crew to get the mold remediation done. He made a hard situation bearable. They worked non-stop removing water damaged walls, ceilings, and packaging up what was salvageable from my home with care and attention.
