I was recommended this company after I found water damage and mold in my walls due to a broken pipe under my tub. I had already removed all the water damage and mold but the smell was horrendous and would not go away. I gave this company a call and spoke to a gentleman named, Bernard. He was very cordial and eager to help. He came by first thing in the morning and was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my troubles, checked to make sure I removed all the mold and didn’t miss anything and then came to me with a solution. I told him to go ahead and do whatever he needed to do to rid my house of the smell. He said he had to go grab what he needed and would be right back. He didn’t take very long to grab his equipment and was back quick. He hooked up his carbon filtered fans to my open wall and told me to just let it run for a few days. He threw in some lavender to help alleviate the smell while the fan did its job. Two days later he returned and the smell was gone. We sat around and talked for a bit after he was done and Bernard is a really great guy. I will definitely be calling him for any of my restoration needs as I will also be highly recommending his service to anyone in need of said service.
