White Katzman Project Manager Emmond Carty really stepped up to the plate to take charge of our Kitchen ‘Sewer Back up’ disaster in February 2024. From immediately resolving the backup problem, dismantling the kitchen / walls for remodel, coordinating cabinets , installation, counter top , electrical , plumbing and finish work All on time prior to our return from Fla. This I had yet another flood in my basement and this time it was waste coming from the toilet. I was so overwhelmed because I’m a first time homeowner and didn’t know what to do and I work from home. My insurance provider from Arbella recommended W&K Restoration and despite being late in the evening, they still assured me they will still come out after they finish with a job they were currently working on and when I say they did an awesome job in 1 night was awesome and they reassured me they will take care of me and that they did 🤗 super thankful and I would certainly recommend their services to family and friends

My daughter had a house fire 2 days before Christmas this past holiday season. W&K Restoration came out the evening of the fire and took care of everything. They had a team on-site immediately. The next day they were there first thing in the morning and stayed until everything was in place. I cannot explain how devastating this can be to a family with small children. W&K Restoration handled all of the immediate details of the situation flawlessly so my daughter and her husband could have somewhat of a Christmas for there children. The W&K Restoration crew was extremely professional, compassionate and considerate of all of our needs and I highly recommend them. I can’t thank them enough- they truly went above and beyond! -Lisa

I cannot express what a gift W&K Restoration has been to our family. Two days before Christmas we lost our home in a fire. The next morning, Christmas Eve, W&K Restoration employees were at our property to begin the process of assessing the damage and planning next steps. They worked tirelessly to make sure everything was in place to ensure the restoration of our property began immidiately. Adam and his staff were not only knowledgeable and professional, they were compassionate and empathetic. They helped make a very difficult situation much less stressful, as they expertly facilitated and guided us through an incredibly overwhelming experience. I had experienced a frozen pipe in my downstairs bathroom and needless to say everything was destroyed. W&K Restorations response time was unbelievable and had equipment drying everything up in no time! the Project manager who had come out to inspect the situation, was not only professional, but walked me through the steps to take with my insurance carrier which made it much simpler, let’s be honest no one wants to deal with insurance! THANK YOU W&K Restoration for making this stressful situation that much easier! I had a sense of reassurance with my choice of choosing W&K Restoration, when I was out walking my dogs and noticed a W&K Restoration truck so being nosey, I asked what was going on and it turns out a tree fell on a house, the owners wanted to take the opportunity to do a complete rebuild! I have to say this was a great feeling, they really know what they are doing! highly recommended!!
