Star Element Restoration was wonderful to work with regarding mold remediation needed in a pending home purchase. Mr. Preston is very knowledgeable, professional , and responded very quickly to our calls and questions. He was able to provide next day service which was so greatly appreciated. The remediation plan was very thorough and inclusive – he provided services to the certification requirements and explained the process clearly. I would highly recommend this company!

I hired these guys over Christmas weekend when we had a cold snap. Crew that came were professional and timely. Overall I was happy despite having them re-do a couple of things as well as ask them to re-hang a light fixture after the other work was complete. I think the only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the fact that they’re essentially a cash only business. I had neither cash or check on hand. Very inconvenient if you ask me. A business that doesn’t accept credit card payments is just funny to me.

I came home from work with my entire downstairs flooded with water from a mishap with my washing machine. I called this company right away and within minutes they were out to help remove the water and clean up any dirt and debris. They were also able to help me remove water from my living room, carpet in a timely manner which allowed me to avoid having mold and having to replace my entire downstairs carpet, I would gladly use this service again. Hopefully I don’t have any more flood issues but if I do, this is the first company I will call!

Star Element Restoration came into my house and gave my damages a professional evaluation. They: Removed all of the wet dry wall, carpeting. Made repairs to the plumbing. Treated and removed all of the existing mold. Treated all of the effected areas. Replaced everything they removed took out during the demolition. Sealed and painted the new walls.
