We had a leak from one the bathrooms upstairs and Josh with his team Christian and Wes did a great job! All our concerns were addressed. Questions were answered. They wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers since my husband is highly immunocompromised. This was in January of this year and I kept forgetting to leave a great review for them because now we have another leak in another part of our home and we asked ServePro to take care of this new leak again. Thank you Josh, Christian, and Wes!

I had an AC unit leak through my ceiling during a holiday weekend, but Josh, Joey, and Jeff had the worst of the problem contained within a couple hours of my first call. They checked in frequently until the drying was done a few days later, and were flexible with my work schedule. Obviously I hope I never have need of their services again, but if I do I will not hesitate to call SERVPRO.

This company was awesome! Very responsive and friendly. Landon was extremely helpful by providing ample details. As this was my first claim I had to place regarding my property he was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me on the claims process and ensuring the steps they took would align with proper claims coverage. They came out within an hour of my confirmation that service was needed! Barrette and Keith did a great job cleaning up the water, removing mold, removing damaged flooring, and setting up the equipment. I knew these were great guys when I saw Keith give my 3yr grandson a fist bump to greet him on Keiths way in when he didn’t know I was looking out the corner of my eye and had my back turned lol. David and Keith did a great job helping to follow up the next few days to ensure everything was drying well. David came to finalize and clean up the equipment and he did a great job! They all were so extremely friendly and helpful. They all worked throughly and quickly which was wonderful. Thank you guys for making this unpleasant experience a pleasant and smooth process.
