Matthew crew damaged brand new tile floors in both basement bathrooms. After several arguments he agreed to cover coat for tile and labor to install as he would handle tear out. Only he never showed for tear out. No communication so I had to proceed with my project. He is refusing to pay. You had the opportunity to do tear out yourself ans did not show for tear out as scheduled on April 19th @ 8:30, then on the 19th @9:48 AM you texted ask for a tear out estimate I stated I did not have one and in the text I again said you can come and do the tear our today to which you did NOT respond till the April 26th @ 8:19 am. I waited as long as I could with no response from you so I hired the tear out to be done. I gave you weeks to get this done and you failed. They also damaged brand new counter top with crow bar removing it. And is not refusing to pay for the damages his crew caused. Lost pieces to my new faucets. Matthew has an excuse for everything.

Had a water leak from kitchen to bedroom below. Darrick and Jena were great to work with. Ensured the affected areas were dried and anti mold product was used. Will use NW serve pro again if needed.

ServPro provided exceptional service during a very stressful time. Zack and team arrived within a few hours of a water leak to start the clean-up process and were great. Then Mac took over to lead the rebuild and restoration. We can’t thank Zack, Mac and teams enough for all of their help and amazing service. Thank you!

No one wants to need SERVPRO, but when you do need them you want a team like Darrick and Jena to help you. We had a water leak and they arrived less than an hour after I called. They have been friendly and professional- and most importantly our rooms are dry and we do not have to worry about mold! Thanks so much!
