Dustin came and checked out an area where the ceiling had leaked. He was very nice and conscientious. He informed me of repairs in an educated manner.

I was very impressed with Dustin and Lisa who have been at my house several days in a row to open up walls, floor and ceiling that got water damage, they were very thorough and I have no doubt they have every part dried out and I’m confident I want have to be concerned about mold growing from my water damage! They always cleaned up before they left! It’s clear that Dustin takes pride in his work and is very good at what he does, Dustin worked alone the first day and then Lisa arrived with him the next several days to help as it was a big job, she too was very professional and courteous! So far everyone from Paul Davis Restoration has been phenomenally great, including Case who came out the first day to assess the damage, he was also very professional…so far I’ve met 3 workers from Paul Davis Restoration and all 3 of them are top-notch! This was a stressful event for me having water damage but everyone I’ve met with PDR have made me feel less stressed and made me feel my home is in good hands with them! You seriously couldn’t find any better workers than Dustin, Case and Lisa!

Edit 6/18/24. Fire Marshall ticketed our business for exposed wires left by Paul Davis crew. Called two times and spoke to two different employees who said they would call me back, never did. Would not recommend this company. Paul Davis remodeled our office after a major flood. The contractor then pressured my boss to sign a form saying the job was complete, even though it wasn’t. He assured us they would send a crew to do the finishing touches. After 2 months I called and asked if they could send someone to come finish the work. A few guys finally showed up, went to get materials, and never came back. Move 1 outlet, shoe molding in one room, and the mound of trash they left behind. That’s all they had left. Quality work other than that.

I have been extremely pleased with the performance of the team assigned to do the restoration of my water damaged home. They are truly professional and I really appreciate the work they have done. Update to earlier statement. The Paul Davis Restoration of Greenville and Spartanburg have several individuals, Brent , Case, Melissa, Dustin, and Will who are exceptional leaders and have lead their team to apply the earned knowledge with positive caring attitudes.

Very professional, and trained employees. Great care taken during mitigation phase to prevent waste on the restoration end, and make the house livable throughout the process. Supervisors check on the status of the work throughout the process.
