We had a house fire and chose Property Plus for the restoration of items and the rebuild of the house. The cleanup, storing and itemizing non-salvage items was fantastic. Debbie and the crew that delivered the salvageable items get 5 stars for their work. Initially, Nick was helpful with dealing with the insurance company. However, the repair part of the project fell far below expectations. The project went several months past the finish date, including months past the contract terms. There were many instances that we saw little to no work done for several days. The repairs done to the house are subpar at best. Many windows weren’t set properly, a couple had broken pieces, drywall screws backing out and other things like that. Communication was poor and that led to frustration throughout the project. It led to misunderstanding and confusion towards the end of the project as well. It’s difficult to build back from a whole loss fire, but Property Plus made the process even more miserable. For the reasons listed above, I cannot recommend this company for restoration services. I’m giving them two stars because they did a good job with the contents part of the project.

Had a great overall experience. Got out quickly and got a tarp (sandbags not nails) after we experienced a roof leak. Referred us to a roofer who did a great job and got out quickly.

AAAAA+++++!!!!! Danny, Evan, and Jason did a great job! Quick response. Professional and friendly. They stay on the job until all the wet spots were dried out. They work with our insurance company, so things are predictable. They were recommended by a friend. And what a great recommendation it was!
