Dan, Alisa, Philip, and the team were professional, thorough, and informative. They pointed out areas of concern, ran necessary tests, and answered all my questions. In addition, they made recommendations to fix the areas of concern.

After a huge rain storm, my son discovered that water was entering his crawl space. The AdvantaClean team responded immediately to our call for help and were able to assess the situation on the same day. Work began the next week and now we have a gorgeous looking crawlspace!

Did a good job on updating the vapor barrier in my crawl. However Advantaclean had issues getting my dehumidifier replaced in a timely fashion. Would have made the experience five star otherwise.

AdvantaClean did an awesome job with our home. We had just finished a new home build and the contractor and his subs were horrible. For 9 months we fought with them just to try and get them to do a decent job. So we were very concerned about having another company work on our home, but I found Josh with AdvantaClean to be very professional. he came in and inspected our crawl space and recommended French drains and pump, along with new barrier. This is the same thing two other companies said. The price was much better for the service. The team came out (Crew Chief Sarah, techs Matt, Blake and Ethan) to complete the work. They were on time, and work very hard. They were very informative throughout the process. The work done is excellent, and the odor we had from the way it was is gone, and the crawl space is nice and dry. the drains and pump work very well. I would definitely recommend this company and this crew. They were very professional, really seemed to care about the work they did, and told us to call if we have any questions or concerns and they would be right out if need be. Great company…..

They were very prompt and met me to give me a proposal. Then they worked with me knowing that I was waiting for a buyer for the house before having the work done. The work was a bit more extensive then expected but they honored the price they gave me in return for a little more time. It was a good work experience, I will definitely use them again!! A+ all around – customer service, work, value, etc.. etc…

It was so refreshing to work with a company that did exactly what was needed and promised. They arrived on time and finished on schedule. The guys who performed the work (Blake, Matt, and Ethan) were very professional and pleasant. I worked with Alisa to get the estimate and she gave me plenty of options and explained every aspect clearly. I would highly recommend AdvantaClean!
