Care Masters has done a great job restoring my home after a grease fire. Paint, flooring new appliances, duct work cleaning, the whole 9 yards. Pamela is outstanding at coordinating with the insurance/contractors and insured that I was in the loop at all times. Hopefully I won’t ever have a disaster at my home again but if I do then Pamela at CareMasters will definitely get my business.

Positive: Bathroom is done and looks good! Especially the subway tile in the shower, they did a great job with that. The project manager was very helpful with paint and tile suggestions and keeping us in the loop. Negative: The timeline. We were originally told 2 wks, ended up taking 4. There were many days where the workers just simply didn’t show up at all. I think it boils down to staffing–they need more reliable help. It was frustrating to keep being told “one more day”…and then no one would show up. Hopefully they can find more dependable employees to prevent issues like this in the future.

Used multiple times for rug cleaning. I came from Hampstead this last time because there are no drop off rug cleaners in Wilmington!! They always do a great job.

A plumbing leak in the wall behind the washing machine in the laundry room created a mess. I had another service provider recommend Franco Restoration who did the remediation. They were such a disaster and their sales rep was so embarrassed by his company’s performance he passed me off to CareMaster to pick up the ball and make repairs. I am pleased he did. While there were some hiccups as with any sizeable home project, CareMaster stood up to all of them and made things right. That’s what counts in my book. New kitchen flooring, sheet rock repair, new paint all look amazing and took years off a 30+ yr old house. Wesley was the point man and he had to deal with me who had to deal with the wife. He was responsive, assuring, and got it done. Call CareMaster and ask for him to be your project manger!

As an insurance agent, I’ve been recommending CareMaster LLC to my clients for years. When an emergency or disaster happens, it’s very important that I recommend a mitigation company that is organized, calm in the midst of chao, pays attention to detail and most importantly, a company that cares about their clients. CareMaster is all of those things and more. Recently, I had to call for their services on a personal level. After seeing moisture on my bathroom ceiling, I was concerned and immediately called Pam Hill of CareMaster. Of course, I had to discover this on a weekend and was very worried about what I should do! Pam not only took my call on a weekend, but she was also so caring, calm, helpful and gracious. She instructed us on what our next steps were to find out where the moisture was coming from and how to get it fixed. First thing Monday morning, not only did we have the A/C people out fixing the problem, but we also had Pam at our home evaluating and preparing us for the next steps. Not only Pam but the whole CareMaster team was just awesome. They had their people bring out dryers to stop any further damage and mold. They had a team that came out after that to clean up any mold that had already started to grow and to meet with our insurance adjuster. From there, I worked with so many other wonderful people from CareMaster including Tracy Weber, who helped us with scheduling and claims payments. Also, the contractor, William Buck and his team, who put our home back together. Not only did they do the work, but they were also meticulous about cleaning up every day before they went home. That meant a lot to me. CareMaster was always on top of things and addressed issues to our liking. From the little details to assuring that we were happy with their work. I cannot imagine ever using or recommending anyone other than CareMaster Clean. Thanks guys!

Prompt, professional service of all the team members. Pam Hill went over and above her duties to assist us through the process, from the mitigation to the rebuild of our flooded kitchen. We had to overcome alot of insurance obstacles and live out of the area. The whole company was extremely helpful and patient during this trying time…we are thankful for ya’ll.

My mom had a house fire in Greenville July 2022. Insurance contacted Caremaster and they launched into action. They packed, cleaned and stored all her belongings with an incredible inventory including photos of each item. They worked with insurance company regarding coverage and estimated repairs. Each person I dealt with in each area of the project gave me their cell phones so I could always reach them even if they were out of the office. They did basically an entire renovation of her home and helped us navigate the process with her mortgage company and insurance. The house turned out beautifully. If you or a loved one have fire or water damage or need home repairs this is the company to choose hands down.
