I called them to get everything looked at they were fast to respond very professional, and the team who came out Christian and Earvin were incredibly considerate, positive, hardworking, and thorough in making sure they resolved all the damage that had occurred.

I had a water emergency while I was on vacation. I came home to a horrible mess. Roto Rooter dried and fixed the problem and then Paul Davis Restoration came in and did a beautiful job replacing my flooring, painting my walls and making my Bedroom and Master Bathroom look as good as new! I couldn’t be happier with my hardwood laminate flooring and fresh paint job in my bathroom. The flooring was replaced throughout my Master Bedroom, Bathroom & Vanity Area. Before it was a mix of carpet and tile? It simply looks elegant now with it all being the same. I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration for their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service! Don’t look elsewhere! They’re simply the best!

Mark and team were unable to provide an estimate for water damage repair for FIVE months. I found a great local team who provided an estimate and scheduled my rebuild in….three days. Don’t waste your time on this inadequate office team, and if you do- ask for an itemized estimate. You’ll find some very surprising line items and charges. Homeowners beware!

My wife and I are new to the area. I’m a new Physician at Brenner Children’s and my wife is a new mother. A year into living in Winston our piping had a catastrophic leak resulting in us having to replace two bathrooms, flooring, a kitchen, and part of our dining room. We felt hopeless and frightened (as brand new homeowners) that this process would be miserable. We also heard horror stories from folks trying to get their homes repaired. Paul Davis’s team and, in particular, Mark Gunyuzlu, was instrumental in helping our family navigate this process. He was thorough, detailed, and tolerated our many questions.
