911 Restoration was a life saver back on Tuesday January 9th when we saw an unusual amount of rain in just a few hours. They answered on the first call and were at my business within minutes. The folks at 911 Restoration saved the day when I had a basement flooding issue which caused my heater to turn off during freezing temperatures. They were not only very responsive but were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend them!

During a recent rain storm our Church basement flooded, and as usual, 911 Restoration responded immediately and got the job done. Greg was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, knowledgeable, very efficient and above all, honest. A few days ago the septic/drain system in my house stopped up, flooding my main bathroom, and dumping water in the crawl space. After having it unstopped, and cleaning the mess up, I noted that water was weeping out of the cracks in my vinyl flooring, indicating that water was between the flooring and the subfloor. I called 911 Restoration of Greensboro and explained my concern about potential water damage. Greg came to the house about two hours later.He first went into the bathroom and did some visual and electronic moisture tests, then crawled under the house and did tests there as well. At this point, there was certainly an opportunity to convince me I needed Dehydrators, Fans, and/or a new bathroom floor $$$. Instead, Greg told me what he had observed and what his instruments had indicated, showed me a couple of areas to “keep an eye on for the next couple of days” and said he felt we’d be okay. He gave me his card and said if necessary, call him and he’d bring the necessary equipment out asap.
