We got home from a long vacation to find a flooded basement and mold creeping up our walls. I called Kim and she very quickly got a team in to clear out all the damaged items, treat the mold, and get our basement back to being dry. We took the opportunity to clear a lot of junk out of the basement too, and the team was so efficient and thorough. What started as a super stressful situation was quickly resolved and our basement looks better than ever. Kade was just exactly what we needed – knowledgeable, efficient, and a great value. As a realtor, I seek the most professional, reliable, efficient, customer centric and cost effective companies to refer my clients too. Kade Cleaning Systems checks all the boxes and then some. I had the pleasure of calling Kim on Sunday morning April 28th after a malfunctioning sump pump PVC pipe disconnected itself and flooded our basement. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Except, if you even consider using anyone else, you may never know how wonderful everyone at this company truly is. From the owner Levi, Kim and their crew, no body does this work better. There is not another company in Kansas City that I would ever trust than Kade Cleaning Systems Period!!! Hell, I’ll even go as far as to say the entire Midwest, and yes they travel outside of Kansas City as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

I called Kim for help with water damage at a client’s house. She was absolutely AMAZING. She got it taken care of immediately. They had the job done in 3 hours and the client was overjoyed with the results. Thank you Kade Cleaning for being so wonderful. I will continue sending people your way.

Kim has been so helpful for our rehabs. We run a general contracting business and she has done various work whether it’s been cleanup from basement flooding, general mold treatment, etc. Having her reports to forward on are great too.

If I could rate Kim Wrinkle and her company any higher than five stars I certainly would. I believe she deserves at least 10. Kim spent a lot of time with me on the phone and answered all my questions and then came and did a very thorough investigation looking for mold in my home. Fortunately she did not see any signs of it. I appreciate her integrity. If I can trust her not to try to sell me services that I don’t need, I will totally trust her recommendations in the future if I ever have issues. Please do not hesitate to use her services, you will not be disappointed.
