ServPro did a great job on our house that had water damage. They worked quickly with our insurance company and Beau, the main contact point, communicated well throughout the entire process. He explained the process and steps to me, addressed our questions/concerns with the house, and the crew removed the equipment and cleaned up really well. Would definitely recommend them for other jobs!

A water line burst in my home affecting one of my upstairs room and I didn’t know what to do. I called Servpro and they handled everything directly with the insurance. Thank you JESUS and SEBASTIAN ! for the Removal.

Beau and his team came into my life after a devastating flood in my home. SevePro was not only professional but kind and understanding. Each day Beau Justin or Lisa would call and update me. They also advised before their Team went into my home. I hope that I or a loved one never again need the services they offer, but if we do ServePro and Team Beau will be the first call.

Servpro of Glendora/San Dimas team is Very Professional and Very Responsive from the minute I called in regarding a Pipe that had broken in our Office Building. They were at our Office fairly quickly to assess our Water issues. Servpro was able to bring in drying equipment by the end of the day and was here every day monitoring their machines until the floors and walls were dried. I dealt with a different location and didn’t get the daily monitoring which made such a big difference and peace of mind to us. Thanks, you so much to all your Professional & Friendly Staff!

Jacob and Adrian were very informative and very attentive to whatever questions or concerns I had. Professionally trained I can tell. Kept everything clean and dust free with their ” dust containments ” I would recommend servpro of Glendora for any work needed especially Jacob and Adrian thank you guys. Diego thank you Will be adding on to this review, Adrian and Carlos stopped by. To return my washer and dryer. Not only were they communative again but they also help me move stuff around the house. I came home from work to a sewage pipe that had backed up into my apartment, completely flooding the bathroom and two bedrooms with the worst gunk ever. Servpro sent someone out in the middle of the evening, took care of it, helped me document and throw away what needed to be gone, and even had a team come out to follow up the next day to review damages and verify that things were cleaned. Turned a horrible event into a manageable issue.
