Of course no one plans to have water damage in their home, especially on a Saturday morning. I remembered a restoration company named Restokleen was near my home, so I called them. Immediately, I received a welcome and a time they would come to help. From the beginning, when my insurance company said I was on my own, I felt that the owner took responsibility by helping me through the next steps. I was deeply grateful because I was unsure of how to proceed and knew I needed professional help. I have heard of people trying to do it themselves creating a more serious problem with mold growing, not being able to measure the humidity, not having the right equipment to dry out and dispose of the water logged materials.
