I recently had a big problem with water damage in my home. Martin was the main person who helped me, and he was very professional and kind. He understood how stressful this situation was for me and handled everything with great care. I could tell he really wanted to help. Martin and his team kept my home very clean and took extra steps to protect it while they worked. They made sure everything was done perfectly and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend Cotty Restoration, I couldn’t imagine how everything would get fixed after we flooded but their fast response, professionalism, and caring attitude made a huge difference. Martin was a pleasure to work with. He kept his word in coming at the time we scheduled. I am finding this attribute hard to find. He’s also professional and very knowledgeable in remediation. He went the extra mile in trying to find a solution to my mold problem. His prices were also affordable. I highly recommend his services as he seems trustworthy and dependable

Martin from Cotty restoration is an excellent choice for water damage restoration. He is very professional and knowledgeable with his work. I had an water damage at my house. So I called couple water damage repair companies early in the morning but they whether not answering the call or telling me they can’t come because my house is not in their service area. Martin answered my call promptly and set up an appointment best time that works for me. He came and inspected my house and explained me in a very detailed manner. He showed me which area might got water damaged and explained me how the process will go thru and what will be happened when restoration begins. He also generated a water damage report within a day that i could just simply send it to my insurance company. I would definitely recommend him to others.

We had a great experience working with Martin and his team. Martin is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and thorough professional out there. He took time to explain the process and to educate me. He was very easy to work with and thorough. His work past all the mold test administered after. I would highly recommend him. He makes a stressful time so manageable.

Martin at COTTY Restoration saved us. Our office was flooded when we came into work this morning. We called a couple businesses in the area but they all said they would come after 5pm! We needed help now, not later! Thankfully we found COTTY Restoration. They arrived within an hour and immediately got to work. For an emergency service their cost was surprisingly reasonable. They truly are the best and we would recommend to anyone in need of their services. #blessed

Excellent service and very professional. I have hired many contractors for home projects and Cotty Restoration is at the top of my list for great contractors. I used them for mold remediation and am very happy with their work. Its great they use Dropbox for photos of their work and Pandadoc for work authorizations.
