Hiring Advance Restoration was a nightmare. They were always late, did terrible work, and made constant mistakes. Communication was awful; they ignored my calls and emails. Their work was very poor—crooked tiles, paint splatters, and a mess left behind daily. The managers were rude and refused to take responsibility, demanding full payment before finishing. Avoid this company. I had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes, costing me more time and money. Total disaster.

I had a water leakage in my bedroom ceiling. Initially, the person who came to my house was not able to understand what the problem was. I had to ask a friend who has construction experience to come and diagnose the issue. It took a long time for Advance Companies to send someone to do the repairs. However, once the issue was diagnosed, the crew who came to do the repair was fantastic. They did an amazing job. I am very happy with their work.

This is the most terrible place.to do business with they’re lack of communication is not there they’ll tell one thing and do another.there are also so very unprofessional and the quality of work on a scale of 1-10 is like a 2.

I had a fire in one of my rental 4plex. This was the first time i was dealing with this as we have never had any fires in any of my rental properties. Was really scary as i was not sure what to do or who to contact. The fire department had ripped off the entire ceiling and there was water and insulation all over the place. The fire Chief that that was on site recommended that i call a restoration company to take care of the water damage. Upon asking him who to call/use he recommended Advance Companies as they had seen them come to some of these fire sites and had done a great job. I am so glad i took his recommendation and called them. They came within hrs on a late night and took control immediately. David, the project manager was great to work with. He was on site the next morning already working with the City Inspectors. He took care of everything from start to end with my insurance company and the city officials. I was really impressed as they knew exactly what to do and who to contact and stuff. The claim was filed in an appropriate manner and everything was completed within the time that was suggested. The work in the unit was great, it actually came out to be better than before. I would highly recommend these guys if you need a restoration company.

We decided to remodel our entire main floor, including our kitchen. This involved removing a wall, vaulting our ceiling, along with, the removal of cabinets. We had plans drawn up and received quotes from 3 different companies. Ultimately, we chose Advance Companies and we are so happy we did. The quality of their people and their work exceeded our expectations. We had a couple minor issues they addressed promptly, and, to our satisfaction.
