I am very pleased with the service I received from Brayan Cruz and Jose Yanez. They were very pleasant, efficient and professional. They unwrapped all of my furniture and placed it wherever I wanted. They also reconnected my tv. Great job. Now to unpack all the boxes. Although I think there are an excess of boxes, they did not control that

Our insurance hired these guys to do the board up of our house after a fire. We didn’t realize they weren’t the preferred vendor for contents inventory and everything moved so quickly they kind of just slid into that role. We were told that they would take such an amazing inventory and that it would include items that we wouldn’t even think to catalog. What we got was blurry photos and a totally incomplete inventory. I wonder if they charge by the box for storage, cause many of the boxes we got back were not even half full. Also their bids for demo work came back at 3x anyone else. Shop around!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was looking for info on codes that need repair to finance home. Was told by three different people they all claimed they would check codes ang give me a report. Also keep talking about sending report to insurance company. I multiply told them it had nothing to do with insurance and I want report. When all done I called to ask why not received report. The same guy who did the inspection told me there was no report on codes just list of suggested repairs which they sent to insurance. Long story short they waisted my time and 3 employees either lied to me or they are incompetent and don’t know their job. STAY AWAY

Very satisfied everyone who came out was ever friendly answered all our questions and concerns. Work was completed quickly and everything looks great you would never know we had any fire damage.

Service Master by Benevento did an outstanding job when our home suffered water damage. All employees were efficient, respectful, and detailed. They were also quick to respond when our breakers tripped due to the heavy load of electricity being used by the blowers and dehumidifiers. We were very pleased with all aspects of their service and highly recommend them.

I was in a real bind with a pipe leak that flooded my rental house just before the weekend. I called Robert at Service Master and he organized a last minute, late night plan that sent Andrew to the house as late as 7:00 p.m. to place fans around and dehumidify the house in order to prevent mold growth in the walls and damp carpet. I was most impressed with the professionalism and urgency they showed, especially so late at the end of the day when most places are closed. I would highly recommend to anyone who ever gets in this very unfortunate situation.
