I would hope no one has a flood in their home but if you do you should not think of calling any one but extreme extraction. From the first phone call Laura was excellent! She is the very best…..attentive to every detail. She answers every phone call never leaving you wondering the next step. Dennis who did all the mold removal was amazing. He is very neat, organized, efficient and has a wonderful personality. This was a very stressful time and I am so thankful I read all the great reviews and called Laura. I will always be grateful to all of them for all of their help and support. All businesses should be run the way this company is!!

I was so pleased at the prompt, courteous service I received. I was in a state of panic because I had a flood in the middle of the night and didn’t know what to do. They rushed right out and took care of everything! Thank you again for all your help!

I have never dealt with a company so on point, knowledgeable, detailed, informative, calming and caring. There are not enough words to say how great they are! From the first call, Laura and her team explained the process in detail, gave me daily updates, answered all my question and checked in everyday on the moisture level in my home. Also, they put me at ease by dealing with my insurance company. Amazing customer service and very professional! They are perfectionists!!! I highly recommend them!

When my water pipe busted I didn’t know what to do or who to call. Until I did some research and found water damage rescue 911. Their service was fantastic. I wouldn’t go through anyone else. The service techs were helpful through the whole process. I strongly advise people to call water damage rescue 911. They are extremely amazing!

The most amazing company I have ever dealt with in a long time. From the moment I called then I knew I was in the right hands for my mold and water damage job. I have been treated with the utmost respect, kindness and most of all impeccable customer service by the entire Team. I honestly can’t say enough GREAT THINGS about this company. Sheer Perfection!!! Awesome company to work with. Very friendly and informative on a daily basis. Had major Water Damage in my condo and with 45 minutes were at my door assessing, planning, and starting the clean up. Came back every morning to log the moisture for 5 days. Then would call me to give a report. Extremely helpful and works very well with my Insurance Company. Worry free for me especially when I was so far away. Would highly recommend this Company for Clean up work!!!!

The people at Xtreme Xtraction are exceptionally proficient and professional. When I called them, they made me feel like I was the only client that counted. The tenants informed me that skilled technicians arrived quickly and ready to get started. Once the water was extracted they conducted a thorough assessment of the situation and went to work drying, repairing and taking mold tests. From the very beginning the office personnel assisted with the insurance claims. They also maintained communications with my tenants and I, on a regular basis. Once the job was complete, my tenants returned to a clean and livable home. The people at Xtreme Xtraction definitely did everything possible to lessen my stress levels and my tenants were extremely happy with the results. I would like to thank everyone at Xtreme Xtraction for their hard work in my Florida home, as well as all the extra assistance in my situation!

These people are AMAZING… not only were they prompt, but they cleaned up my mess in a timely manner. Now my home is back to normal, thanks to Xtreme Xtraction.
