I just meet with Ronnie C. and I can’t say enough good thing about him and the company. He called and asked if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. I showed him the problem area, he took pictures and used a thermal camera to help diagnosis the problem. He explained what they would do to fix the problem and also investigate to make sure we don’t have future problems. He then went into his vehicle and sent me a written quote. I like that he and the company took time to listen to me and my concerns, wrote me a quote and scheduled the repairs all at the same time so I don’t have to wait. What more could you ask for from a company and the employee’s. Here is an update, I had the two technician Roberto and Dylan arrive on the day of my appointment and they were very professional. They went straight to the job at hand and removed all the damaged sheetrock. They did testing for mold and sprayed the area with an cleaner/chemical (for lack of a better description) cleaned up the mess and was finished before I knew it. So thank you to iMold and Roberto and Dylan for a job well done !!

While doing a pre-listing walk through with a client, we noticed some black areas on her walls & ceiling. I suggested she have them checked out & remediated, if necessary, prior to listing her home. I recommended iMold. Long story short, iMold did some remediation. When she eventually sold her home, it came through inspection and air quality tests clean! I highly recommend iMold!
