I can not thank Ericksons enough. My parents had visible mold and within 24 hours Eddie was able to come out and do an inspection and thankfully no water damage. He assisted my parents and was very professional. I can not say enough positive things about this company. We have used them before after Irma and will always keep using them. If you need fast, effective service please go yourself a favor and call ericksons!

Erickson’s ripped out my shower to fix a leak in the floor pan and then did full (expensive) mold remediation that probably wasn’t necessary. Then they walked away from the job without doing the repair/remodelling place leaving a mess that I had to hire professional cleaners to clean up. They will not return calls so I have to assume that they have abandoned the job site. Would never use them again.

This company needs to train their employees in customer service. I was very dismayed at the damage David Beauregard did to our condo during water remediation. We were not there, and he preyed on us with fearmongering of mold, fungus, etc to do more work and make the project last longer than needed. He tore out baseboards which didn’t have to be removed, and he wasn’t the least bit careful in the process. Most of the baseboards will have to be replaced. Our carpet is fine, but 1/3 of the pad was destroyed. However, ALL of the pad will have to be replaced. He was there for 5 days @$1000.00 per day. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Kenny and Christine Erickson are some of the most ethical, competent, and professional people you will ever meet. They are great at what they do and always tell you the truth. I had a situation where even though they were hired by the general contractor, they refused to cut corners and would not be pressured. Clearly, their knowledge and expertise is top notch, but it is their character, trustworthiness, and ethics that impressed me so much and made a lasting impression. If you are looking for someone to address your water damage issues, look no further. They are the best!

I’ve actually used Erickson’s twice – once for water removal and repair and once for carpet cleaning. I was very happy with the service I received both times. Erickson’s certainly understands how traumatic it can be when you suffer property damage. In my case, they did everything they could to ease my stress and help my family get our house back in order quickly. When we first suffered the flood on the first floor of our house, we called Erickson’s and their emergency dispatch had someone at our house in about 30 minutes. The tech cleared out all the water, removed the baseboards and set up the fans to dry out the walls. The next day, they came back to check on the extent of the damage. Unfortunately, the drywall and insulation had acted like a sponge and soaked up too much water to get it dried out without chancing mold growth. So, Erickson’s removed the drywall and insulation from the affected areas and helped us with the insurance process to get the claim moving so the repair could begin. The process was actually (dare I say) relatively easy and a lot less stressful than I imagined. Erickson’s was professional, punctual, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend them and have used them again for simple carpet cleaning.

We were referred to Erickson’s because an a/c company told us we have a huge mold issue in our ac unit! After Erickson’s evaluated our issues they found no mold or leaks.Turns out the a/c company was merely trying to upsell products and services. The owner himself came out with his wife and partner and did an EXTENSIVE evaluation and we couldn’t have been happier with the results! They were very professional, thorough and down to earth! They put out minds at ease! We would DEFINITELY recommend them if you need their services! I would have given them a 10* rating if it went that high! *********

Jackson from Erickson’s was very thorough and efficient with the work he did in my apartment. We have 4 young children and I expected the clean to help, but I was really surprised to see how great it turned out! Our carpet looks just like it did when we first moved in and it didn’t take Jackson long at all to complete the job. I’m very happy with the service we received!!
