Servpro came the day after I had a fire in my house and had smoke damage everywhere. From Day 1, they provided phenomenal service and professional care. Erica Goleman was my project manager. She was polite, caring, and followed up promptly on every detail and question. They were persistent in making sure there was not one hint of smoke smell before they signed off on completion. Their communication was excellent. JP Bruscata was my project manager for reconstruction, and he was excellent in communication, follow-through, and attention to detail. I was so impressed with every aspect of Servpro’s service, and grateful for the way they put everything back together better than ever. I am grateful for their service.

An EXCELLENT Repeat We had a surprise water leak in our primary bedroom on the morning of May 7. I called Servpro and they sent out the excellent duo of Frankie and Trey who quickly assessed the growing lake in the carpet/pad and how to best deal with the water damage. (See earlier review.) Prior to their arrival a local plumber was unable to locate the source but assured us that it was not coming from the nearby located Rennai and we alerted Frankie and Trey to this issue. After four days of fans and dehydration the slab and carpet were dried and there was no sign of water in the wall or baseboards. It was the perfect outcome we needed. Now we needed to find the source. The best guess of everyone was the leak was coming from the en suite shower. Although that shower hadn’t been used since before the leak started we continued to leave it unused. At this point we were searching (with no luck) for a leak detection firm to confirm the source so it could be repaired. Five days later we had another leak in the same area!! But the volume was larger. I called Servpro ASAP with an urgent request for Frankie to return as soon as possible and THANKFULLY the team was able to arrive that same morning. Frankie along with Destiny, Jessie and Kellie worked hard to cut out all wet carpet and pad affected. (My decision, as most had been soaked once before.) Since we still didn’t know the source we had the city turn off the water while your team were here. They were wonderful! Working quickly and efficiently while, once again, taking thoughtful care of our home. We are so impressed with their knowledge, skill, kindness and professionalism. Frankie is a knowledgeable leader who kept us informed and reviewed the options and status for their work progress. I can’t thank Frankie, Destiny, Kellie and Jessie enough!! It was a pleasure to have them save us – like we were their family. After only three days the equipment was no longer needed – all was dry again. You obviously have a robust and successful training and leadership program – because it shows!! I wouldn’t hesitate to call Servpro of Baldwin County again (I did!) and will encourage anyone I know to count on you and your EXCELLENT TEAM MEMBERS every time. Please acknowledge our fabulous team members for their above and beyond performances; it is so richly deserved. And I’ll include Linda and Karen in the office too. They were so kind, helpful and quick to assist me each time I made a call needing help. PS. That same day of the second placement of drying equipment A new plumber was finally available and he determined IT WAS INDEED the Rennai that was leaking water. Repairs are currently in progress. But we know who to call when needed!! 👍🏼

Frankie and Trey have come three days to dry out a water leak. Their professional service has been stellar. Frankie is training Trey and just listening to her explain the ins and outs of water remediation is clear and concise. Trey asks questions to be sure he understands. Both are very upbeat, personable, and compassionate. Thank you for sending them our way.

I apologize if this is my second post. Did not see if first one posted. My floor flooded from washing machine the day I moved in a brand new house. Frankie arrived around 2 in the morning with a smile on her face and fabulous attitude. Frankie was kind, professional and compassionate. She went above and beyond to help. Erica came several days to check moisture contact on my floors. Erica was also very caring and eager to please. Frankie and Erica literally saved my brand new floors. I have not experienced better service or attitude from a company in a very long time. These two girls deserve some kind of award. I could not recommend more highly!! This business is so fortunate to have Frankie and Erica. Thank you so much!! My hardwood floors look fantastic and it went from disaster to great experience because of Frankie and Erica. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ServPro!! We had a water leak and someone told me to call Servpro and I am so glad I did! Erica and her entire team made this process so much less stressful. Hated the loud machines but the area wouldn’t have dried up as quickly without it. The communication and scheduling was top tier! Erica made herself available to every beck and call! Could not possibly say enough about this lady and team!! 100% recommend!!!

Servpro Baldwin county was incredibly responsive to our recent flood in our new home! Called at 6 am and they arrived just before 8 am! Saved our drywall and that was a bonus! Erica is phenomenal! She communicates extensively and is very helpful! She was the best part of our experience with Servpro!
