About a year ago we had a terrible kitchen fire in one of our rental houses in Foley. We did not know at that time who to turn to for help. Paul Davis Company in Foley did some water extraction and repairs on another of our properties in the past. We reached out to them and within a day or so the owner came out, surveyed the damage and assured us they could do the job. As it turned out the actual work was only a portion of the job. Dealing with the insurance company, the City of Foley, Alabama Building Department, vendors and subcontractors was no small task. Paul Davis mobilized quickly and did the demo, clean up and remediation without missing a beat. About 75% of the interior needed to be rebuilt and they worked well with the insurance company to get an acceptable estimate. The ease of them doing all of the work and coordination was greatly appreciated. All in all, if you have need for a good and responsive contractor do not hesitate to use Paul Davis Co. Sincerely, Bill and Hope Becklund Very professional company, did what they said they would do, when promised. Highly recommend this company.

Paul Davis responded to our hot water heater casualty quickly. The onsite mitigation team was effective, polite, and communicative. The team called daily to arrange site visits to measure the drying process and adjust equipment as needed. They were respectful of our property and included us throughout the process. Although the restoration after mitigation was relatively minor the work was professional and better than new. I can’t recommend the Paul Davis mitigation and restoration team any higher than to say I’d call them first if there’s ever a next time, and they have my 5-stars for every aspect of the process.
