Danny showed up promptly for small water leakage situation in mid March. Cut out wall, put in 2 heater fans and a dehumidifier. Two weeks later the equipment was still running (unnecessarily) and Danny has never been back, unable to contact, no where to be found. Nearly 2 months later and the Servpro equipment is still there. I hired someone else to finish the repair.

Danny came quickly to assess the problem. Carson and John were very kind. Carson and John were very prompt, professional and communicated what they found in a timely manner. They explained the timeframe, process and steps involved. They were fantastic.

Carson and John were both very thorough and professional with their demo work after our garage had a fire sprinkler pipe burst. They had to make several trips down to Sedona from Flagstaff and always stayed in touch as to when they were coming. Danny, the owner was always very responsive and helpful on the phone and email. They came the next day after I called them and made sure everything was really dry before removing their equipment. After the work was completed, they made sure to clean up the all the insulation debris so we could continue our restoration project. I definitely recommend Servpro.

I can not recommend this company. After my initial in home inspection June 6th, the communication has been minimal. I still have not gotten a written estimate, but when I contacted Danny in email and asked when work would start he told me on 6/16/23 via email “Hi, we can start Tuesday” indicating 6/20/23. He was a no show today. I texted him at 9:16am and no response. I tried calling the main 928 phone number, voicemail is full. I called corporate who told me I’d get a call back within 30 minutes, never got any call. My insurance was paying for this service to be completed. They made multiple attempts to pay this company directly and they couldn’t reach anyone. This is not the type of service I would expect from this company who is “well known”. Edit: they said they had an emergency which is understandable, but communication is important when anything changes. When communication is broken, trust is lost.

When the staff actually show up to our house, they are friendly and work quickly. I am a tenant in a rental house. We had an evidently long term plumbing issue become acute over the holidays, which were quickly resolved by TCR Rooter. It left us with lots of moisture & mold in our kitchen. After that, our landlord struggled to schedule mold inspection because most businesses were booked up & we are “non-emergent.” I was optimistic when Servpro was able to schedule us right away, inspected & diagnosed moisture quickly, and began removing our kitchen counter, sink, floor, & dishwasher just days later (Friday Jan 13) at which point we were told mold would take 4-7 days to dry. They returned the next Monday, removed more fixtures, and told us they’d return the next day. They didn’t show up, nor did they contact us. I called on Wednesday & a crew came to pick up tools, & drop off 2 additional dehumidifiers, once again telling us they’d come back the next day. I understand the challenge of balancing multiple job sites, unforeseen scheduling issues, but what I don’t understand is a complete lack of communication from the management. It is now more than two weeks later, and not once has anyone come to the house. Reception has been very responsive & helpful in getting us some kind of information in terms of scheduling us, but we need & have asked for more information on the next steps in this process, & a more realistic timeline so we know what to expect, and there has been no response. We’ve been “cancelled” on 4 times, which we only found out after waiting, and contacting the company myself. I am one of 4 tenants sharing a non-functioning kitchen with exposed mold; we have different schedules, and when I or my roommate spend an entire day waiting for a crew that never shows up, it is angering and frustrating. I’ll update this as time goes on, but at this point, I can’t recommend this company, especially for non-emergency issues. At the very least, we need more communication. Update one month later: they kept our cabinets to treat for mold, but surprise surprise, we still haven’t gotten them back. I’m just so shocked at the blatant disregard & lack of effort. My landlord has allegedly been trying to communicate with them, so I’m not sure if being a rental tenant makes us a low priority or something like that, but this has been insane and I do not recommend Servpro.
