Cesar and Michael just completed work at my mom’s house. They were both so kind and respectful. Cesar did an excellent job explaining things making sure my mom understood what had been done and what was happening next. He was so patient, calm, nice, and kindly repeated himself many times. He even engaged in a bit of conversation with her and truly made her feel better about the process. If we ever need these services again I’d happily have them out and recommend them to someone else.

Big shout out to Washington Restorers! I had an upstairs bathroom leak and they came the very day I called. The crew Mike, Cesar, JC and Karl were friendly, courteous and respectful to my house and family. They always called when they were in route and were very timely. Now that everything is dry I can move on to the restoration of my home confident there will be no mold.

My brother, who is a plumber, recommended Washington Restorer to help us address flooding in our house. Carl & crew were thorough in their work & took the time to walk us the what was happening on site so we were comfortable that everything that needed to be done was done.
