Chad, Paul and Phillip are so amazing to work with! From start to finish, they have been such a blessing. They were at our house within 20 min of calling them; getting fans set up etc. to dry it out after my child flooded the bathroom. It’s never fun when you have water damage, dealing with insurance and the like… but they made the process dare I say enjoyable!! From start to finish they put us at ease and helped navigate even the insurance side! Chad is so helpful and takes as much time as you need to answer any and all questions (Phillip and Paul as well) and he makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He communicated with us every step of the way; honestly more so than our own insurance company. Every person/team he brought in to complete parts of the repair were amazing as well as they did excellent work! They even corrected things a previous contractor had done wrong as they found them. Paul and Phillip were so kind and skilled. We loved getting to know them and have them in our home. They truly go above and beyond and are such a blessing! Not only did RestoRite restore everything but they left us better than we were before! We will be using them for any and all future needs… not that I want any more floods, but I do look forward to any opportunity to work with them again. Everytime we hear someone might need services like theirs I jump at the opportunity to recommend them! It brings me joy! They really are that awesome!! Cannot recommend enough!

I reached out to Chad at RestoRite to deal with microbial growth in my crawlspace. He provided a free inspection and helped me decide on encapsulating my crawlspace. His team was extremely professional and kept me appraised of their progress throughout the project. I would trust Chad and RestoRite with any job, knowing that the work they do is amazing and thorough, for a great price too!

RestoRite is amazing! They go above and beyond to do the job correctly. We’ve used them on commercial and residential projects. Even when we’ve needed immediate service, they brought in a large desiccant all the way from Emrald Isle over night to help us, along with about a million air movers. Not quite that many! Lol This is Hardin Construction’s “go to” restoration, fire and water mitigation company for sure!
