Chandler came out and gave us a free estimate he was very friendly, honest and helpful in explaining the process. The price was very reasonable. Jack and Gram came out the next day to do mitigation for water damage and they were amazing and friendly. They were honest and worked diligently. They made the restoration process smooth and easy, and answered all our questions. Also, the ladies that we spoke to on their office number were very kind and helpful in answering all our questions. Thank you to everyone!

Their water repair is the best by far however, their actual “contractors” have a bit of a bait and switch feel. Their contractor disappeared 4 months into a 5 month contract and then they dumped a handyman and his sister on us for 3 months. They actually tried to get us to accept a hole in the wall as “finished product.” They painted over an actual 3 inch hole above the stairs hoping we wouldn’t notice. Turns out the people at Southeast didn’t even have their own tools. They had buy brand new ones! What are those giant warehouses and flashy trucks for? Never use them for paint, drywall or tile work. Our porcelain tile has cracked in two spots after pointing it out to their GM who refused to redo the work. We documented everything with USAA and have warned our friends, neighbors and everyone we meet who ask for recommendations on renovations. Stay away from them! They take your money, sell you a song and dance and sit on their hands.

Southeast Restoration was a great company to work with during mitigation. The team arrived on the day I called to report the leak. Brandon and Shakala were very professional, they explained the process clearly, texted each day to confirm their arrival time, and were polite and friendly throughout.

As an employee of a restoration company in New Jersey, I was entrusted with handling my mother’s water claim. I am truly grateful for the exceptional support and understanding shown by the entire Augusta team. Angela, Alex, Chandler, and Ryan have all been not just professional, but also empathetic, understanding the unique needs of my elderly mother and keeping me informed despite my living out of state. Alex helped us get the funds that were needed from my mom’s insurance company and was relentless in getting every last penny required to restore my mom’s house. Chandler did the initial inspection and found the source of the leak when the other estimators or field adjustors couldn’t figure it out. He also discovered the mold and documented it so well that when the second field adjustor said he didn’t see any of the mold, I sent the photo report to support our argument, and the mold mitigation funds were approved. Finally, Ryan, the project manager, went out of his way to pick up my mother from the hotel, along with all of her belongings and brought her back home instead of us coordinating with the family to pick her up. Ryan also made sure to call or text me to let me know everything was happening, which helped me explain to my mom where she felt satisfied. The entire situation with the leak, the prolonged battle with the insurance company to approve the claim, and the eventual restoration work was undeniably stressful for all of us. However, once Southeastern Restoration took charge, it transformed into a remarkably smooth and reassuring process, providing us with much-needed peace of mind.

Many reasons for a 5-star rating, ease of the process, honesty and integrity, great workmanship, great customer service, timeliness of completing repairs. We had our water heater burst on us and it was a nightmare, but Southeastern Restoration exceeded our expectations in making the process so simple. Very happy with the work they did!
