No communication, period. Signed the contract, paid 33% up front, and nothing is happening. Addendum. Recently had to replace my dishwasher. I had asked that the new flooring go the whole way to the wall where the range, dishwasher and fridge. It doesn’t come close under the dishwasher. More quality control issues for them. I paid for extra! Did you notice how they only respond to positive reviews? Now, imagine what dealing with would be like.

Needed drywall repair due to water damage. I felt that the folks at Compleat Restorations truly had my best interests in mind at every step. Declan performed the work on my property and treated my home like his own. He took great care to protect my belongings during the work and left my home cleaner than he found it! The quality of the drywall and paint work were top notch! I highly recommend this company for your restoration needs!

Compleat Restorations was recommended to us in a moment of crisis (whole house flood). They showed up almost immediately to do what they do best and protect our family and our home from any long term effects of the water damage. From the moment they set foot on our property we felt confident that we were in good hands. Their team walked us through the mitigation process with plenty of detail and lots of care. They are quite good at what they do, but what’s more – they brought kindness and levity to a very sad situation. Especially thankful for Tanya, Keith and Greg – but again – everyone was wonderful to work with. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the restoration details and you can tell he takes joy/pride in his company and the work that they do. As a family who works/owns a custom home building company, we know who we’ll be recommending to friends and clients alike, should they ever experience a flood or fire emergency. Compleat Restorations is a top notch company that truly cares about the individuals and homes they are working with. They seem to be very professional and worthy of handling all of your accidental occurrences in your home disaster fire water claims they handle the customer from a crazy emergency leaking second floor plumbing full flow for 8 hrs while you are at work, to claim under control professionals knocking out the worries from the shock anyone feels in an emergency / time of need with their home. They have all of the state of the art drying methods… Great group.

Compleat Restorations are great corporate neighbors to have! Their employees drive respectfully and their property is kept pristine. As an industrial business in a residential neighborhood, they are great to have around. We along with many neighbors helped them with a marketing photoshoot last month, and they handed out Amazon gift cards to all the neighbors that pitched in on the project. They gave more then they needed to. Thank you Drew!

I wanted to take the time to publicly acknowledge this company and their employees for giving myself and my husband our lives back!! Almost 2 months ago our oil furnace malfunctioned blowing soot throughout our entire home. There was not any surface that was not contaminated with thick, black oily soot. It filled the fridge, closets, rugs EVERY THING. What happened to us was minor compared to what people who lose their homes (or worse) to fire. I need to keep it in perspective although when it’s happening to you it’s hard. To say that I cried myself to sleep most nights would be an understatement. . From first contact until close of business today I have been blown away by the following people! 1.Kristen- you are freaking incredible at your job!!! And it shows!!!! , 2.Kasey- when you told me that you loved your job, that was an understatement and it showed!!! Thank you!!! 3.Miss Peach-you made me laugh when I wanted to cry. You treated my “stuff” like it was yours and that made me feel safe. Thank you!!! 4. Amanda, Camryn & Brandi-you told me I looked “so pretty” when I was covered in soot and going on a hospice call. I appreciated that more than you knew. 5. ALL of you- for being so kind to our animals !!! They tried to steal pets from you guys all day and are still starrat the front door hoping you show back up so they can get some more!!! In closing, I will forever be grateful to this company and its employees for giving us our lives back, treating our stuff like it was theirs and for doing it ALL with grace, humor and skill.
