Nick Polites came out to assess damage after a pipe sprang a leak in the basement of our 1935 home. The expertise, education, and helpfulness he provided were above and beyond expectation. I would highly recommend Nick and Servpro Denver West to anyone in need of their services.

THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU. I had an estimate from my insurance company and they gave me a check minus rhe deductible. I called this so called company and they came out gave an estimate 3 weeks later min you and it was lower that what my insurance estimate. They sent me a docusign but it was unreadable because there were bo spaces in between the letters so I did jot sign it and I told them why. Some how they got ahold of my quote that my insurance gave me and then sent another docusign with a $400 increase from what they had originally quoted me. I ask them why the estimate/quote went up and they told me that they are refusing the job with no explanation, all because I questioned why they raised the price to what was conveniently the quote my insurance told me. Yeah they under bidded but some how got my insurance price and got greedy and tried to scam me to pay more that what they offered because THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU.

A minor flooding disaster turned into a solid experience with this ServPro team. Desmond, Zach, Chris, Micah and Divany were a pleasure to work through. They were very communicative, explained everything happening, next steps and timing. They were also very prompt in all scheduled times. Everyone we worked with at ServPro was fantastic. Steve coordinated by text, Saul came and did the initial investigation and setup, and Micah, Chris, Desmond, and Divany were in and out a couple of times to check progress and move equipment around. Everyone kept us informed of what was going on at every stage, were courteous and professional, and made a scary, stressful experience a little less so. We would definitely work with ServPro again!

After my sump pump died while I was away and flooded my basement ServPro started the clean up the very next day! They did a great job and communicated each step of the way and work directly with my insurance reducing some of the burden on me! Now my basement is dry and into the next step! Thank you for all your hard work Desmond and team!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with SERVPRO. From my first call to Evan late at night- he had a team out ASAP the next day. Micah explained the process, equipment, and timeline thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Steve was great, super responsive via text and was flexible with my timing to get his team out here on my schedule. The team was very communicative and always showed up when they said they would- promptly within the time slot. Desmond was super friendly, did all of his work with a smile on his face. Chris and Divany did their work quickly and were very kind and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend this team. Thank you so much!

This company was recommended by my insurance company to pack up my household furniture and items when my place flooded due to a pipe bursting in the ceiling. They arrived the day after I called them and we’re very thorough and professional in packing out my things and putting them in storage. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of such services. My only issue has been getting my insurance company to pay them in a timely fashion and for that I apologize. You guys do great work and I was glad to have you help me out in a very stressful situation. Thank you and I’d also like to thank Mr. Arolodo for his assistance in helping me with my claim. I feel very alone dealing with a faceless insurance company and his kind professional manner is very appreciated. UPDATE: I have been trying to reach servepro to arrange a time to bring my belongings back to my apartment For three weeks at least, I call & leave messages and no one calls me back I’m sleeping on the floor of my new rebuilt apartment and have nothing to eat with, no furniture, no toiletries. It would be nice of someone from servepro would call me back to schedule a return of my belongings…… So far I’m changing my review rating to 2 stars because this has been weeks and no one will return my messages….. Perhaps this isn’t the best company to trust your belongings to. My neighbor said her stuff wasn’t inventoried at all, just randomly thrown in boxes so she isn’t happy with this service at all either. I hate to leave bad reviews but on top of my apartment being flooded and waiting so long for it to be repaired, this is the worst nightmare experience of my life. Do not recommend at this point unless they can call me back and explain why no one will return my life back to me. UPDATE: I was finally contacted about scheduling the delivery of my belongings Will update once this has been completed UPDATE: The delivery team was lovely and quite helpful. I appreciated their professional kind manner while delivering my belongings. This nightmare has not been their fault and I’m glad to have my things back despite the horror it is going to be to find and sort through everything. Thank you guys. I was frustrated because I couldn’t get a call back to get this all scheduled, and that wasn’t the entire company’s fault. The pack out and pack back went fairly smoothly and everyone I met in person was very professional and kind. Unfortunately another UPDATE: Servepro haven’t returned my sebo vacuum, so I am having to remove two stars yet again… I can’t remove the moving dust and grime from my couch or mattress without my brand new vacuum, it’s the only piece of valuable furniture that I had left after the flooding… I’m hoping someone will get back to me about that soon so I can be done with this review and start cleaning up my apartment with more than a broom. If they could tell me where it is in their storage or bring it to me that would be wonderful, because I’ve opened all the large boxes and there’s only small boxes left, it’s not here anywhere 😢🤷‍♀️
