This company truly went above and beyond in mitigating the effects of water damage after a pipe let go in the middle of the night. I called the next morning and their staff was at my house within 2 hours to start things drying out. Joey explained everything that was going to happen and estimated the length of time it would take. It was exactly as he told me. This company is an hour away from me but was worth every bit of the time they took. The staff who worked with insurance billing was the same. No surprises and professional start to end. Highly recommend using their services when needed. I would use them again without a doubt. Thanks to the guys, Tina and her biller (sorry I forgot her name but she was terrific!)

Make DMS your first choice for your mold/fugus removal!! My wife and I had the most pleasant experience with this company. They were always on time or early and were willing to give you the honest assessment. Out of all of the companies that gave me quotes, DMS assessed the validity of the quotes and we ended up saving upwards of $2K. To be clear, other Hampton Roads companies were ANGRY that their secrets were dispelled and lost our business. I HIGHLY recommend!!

I contacted Tina at DMS. She was very pleasant and we made arrangements for a technician to come out and review the issue. In our particular case it was mold remediation. Anthony arrived as scheduled and did a walk through to see what I had noticed. He was also able to point out some things which were obvious to the trained eye. He made his recommendations and all that was left was to arrange a service cal. DMS was very responsive and worked with me to schedule a good time to come back and treat the issue. This required some back and forth since there was an issue that needed to be resolved prior to the treatment. They maintained contact with me and were very flexible as I waited for a compressor to be repaired. Once it was ready for the treatment, they were prompt in responding to perform their services, Anthony was very professional and completed the job in short order. He reviewed what he was going to do and, upon completion, gave us the all clear to return. He was thorough , friendly, and professional. Everyone at DMS was professional and friendly. I would recommend them for this service. Their price was very reasonable and we are pleased with the results.

I rarely leave reviews, but I was so impressed by the friendliness and responsiveness of the team here that I had to let the world know. Tina worked around my hectic schedule to coordinate a home visit and the man who showed up was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about the problem we were having. He quickly pointed out the issue, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and had the work done quickly. You can really tell that these are professionals who care about quality work! I will definitely recommend them to anyone!
