Terrance and Mikel were great. After having flooding in my house, they were quick to respond and came out everyday until the floors were dried. I was always informed of the progress and they let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I highly recommend them and Jenkins Restoration.

After a small flood damaged our dining room ceiling, Zach and Jay made multiple trips to our home over 5 days as part of a moisture mitigation plan prior to repairs. They put us at ease right away and were polite, respectful, communicative, and got the job done with a minimum of fuss. They were careful and thoughtful in our home and even swept the floor. We are very happy with their work.

Tanner Hamlin and Kaid were AMAZING! They had incredible customer service and made me feel like I was their only or most important customer. Along with that, they did follow up texts and helped me with other house issues as well. I would 100% highly recommend Jenkins Restorations and all of their crews to anyone looking to have some restoration done to their home!! THANK YOU!!! and this is my 2nd flood in 5 years! They are STILL MAGNIFICENT!!!

We worked with Lance Acklin to restore our house after two pipe bursts and the subsequent flooding, Lance and his team were incredibly efficient and communicative- he went out of his way to keep us up to date on their progress and they finished well before their estimated deadline. We’re incredibly grateful to have worked with them in a stressful time- they did a wonderful job making our home look brand new.

Terrance and Mikel were very helpful and demonstrated a great deal of knowledgeable about their job. They took the time to answer questions to make myself and wife feel at ease with the process, given the unfortunate circumstances surrounding their visit. If all Jenkins employees possessed the same customer service and worth ethic as those two gentlemen, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!
