Bob and his staff at Express Restoration showed up immediately after my call. Within an hour they had my problem diagnosed and their equipment set up and running. Bob was very knowledge with regards to water removal and remediation. He answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Express Restoration. Keep up the good work!!!

We’ve had water in one of our floor vents for about a month. It’s been a nightmare, including five service calls – plumbers, HVAC, you name it. No one has been able to find a leak or pinpoint what is causing the issue. So I called Bob at Express Restoration and, instead of charging for another service call, he provided me logical reasons and steps to troubleshoot the issue on my own over the phone. He took time out of his day to do this thoroughly. Once I pinpoint whether it’s a leak or ground water, he offered to help me even further through the process. I can’t recommend a more seasoned, well-informed expert on this subject. If you have a problem at your home, Bob will shoot you straight and help you through it. I’m hopeful the problem winds up being something he can fix because he earned my trust and respect. I can’t recommend Express Restoration enough for giving me more clarity over the phone than I received in the previous five in-person house calls.

Bob is the best! He was extremely knowledgeable, assessed the issues quickly and thoroughly explained the options for the treatment of our water damage issues. Beyond that, he had the personnel and equipment at our place in less than an hour to begin the mitigation process. I would highly recommend his services.

Amazing work!!!! We had a pipe burst and after we got it fixed Bob came out and dried out our floors. It took a few days but well worth it. Bob is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

The response from Express Restoration was immediate and highly professional. An estimator from their team was promptly assigned to assess the damage. They utilized up-to-date equipment to meticulously test all the affected areas, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Shortly after, they deployed commercial-sized fans and suction mats, which effectively dried out all the impacted spaces. Their commitment to thoroughness was evident throughout the process. Although, the initial estimate did not fully capture the scope of the work, due to concurrent commitments, **Bob Chambers**, the contractor and owner, personally intervened to rectify the situation. I highly recommend Express Restoration! If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would. Bob Chambers, the owner, came the same day I called. He was extremely kind and very honest. He mentioned on the phone things I could do to help my water leak situation before he came. For example turning the AC down cooler, dehumidifier, towels. I commend Bob for his honesty and caring about what I needed vs not needed to resolve the issue and that I didn’t need to spend thousands. Hire him and you will not be disappointed.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Express shows up within the hour of my phone call and uses ingenious techniques to solve our water problems. We’ve used Express for any issue and they always come through in the best way. I would recommend to anyone.
