Honestly really disappointed. Based on the reviews, I was excited to have chem master come so I didn’t have to worry. They left clumps of pet hair (I had cats in my apartment) all over the wood floor and there were huge clumps on the actual carpet itself. Considering we paid $175 and they had such good ratings, I thought I’d be leaving a glowing review. Had to go back in and pick up all the clumps of hair. Makes me think it really wasn’t all that clean.

I sent my wool area rug to be cleaned in February. It is now June and they still have it and have not cleaned it. When I call the answer is always that they have been so busy with emergencies they haven’t been able to get to the area rugs to clean. So, one emergency call is more important than multiple customers rugs? I am so disappointed with the service.

After sewer backup flooded part of my basement, I contacted ChemMaster for help. They had someone out early the next morning (would have been sooner but I wasn’t able to call them until end of the day) and had everything sanitized within a few hours. Everyone was friendly and professional and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The only reason I knocked off a star was because there was some back and forth waiting on the final assessment they sent to my insurance. It was caused by forces outside their control (sickness), but I was repeatedly getting told the paperwork was being handled “by the end of today”. Still, I would gladly use ChemMaster again and highly recommend them if you need cleaning services for flooding and the like.

I love this company. The house smells wonderful, the stains on the carpet are gone, the cleaning solution is natural so I can feel confident about grandkids crawling on the rug. Plus, the professional–Alex– is considerate, on time, and got the job done without any concerns. I highly recommend Chem Master.

Devon was very professional and respectful. He called me while in transit to my house and was prompt with his arrival time. He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining details of the task at hand. When he finished the job he called again to let me know how everything went and provided carpet drying details. Can’t say enough good things about this young man and job he did. We will definitely be using him again in the future.
