Pine Ridge Restoration did such an amazing job restoring my basement after having severe water damage. The crew wasted no time and was incredibly fast and efficient at cleaning up the mess, drying everything up, and repairing the damage. I would highly recommend!!!!

The morning of March 1, 2024, my world changed. Unfortunately, a fire started in the condo two doors away from mine. The fire destroyed the unit where the fire happened and my unit was heavily damaged with smoke and water. Our units were on the ninth floor which added to more work during the restoration. I was grateful that my niece knew of Pine Ridge Restoration and a call was immediately called to them. The very next day I meant Rick and the team that would make sense out of the mess! Pine Ridge Restoration took the lead, hired the vendors for textiles cleaning, flooring, carpeting, extracting water and every detail of bringing my home back to peaceful. My contact was Jay, and he made sure I knew exactly what was being done and when it would be completed. Nothing was done that I didn’t know about first. Pine Ridge did an outstanding job in a workable timeframe. The team was professional, courteous, friendly, well qualified to produce an outstanding final product. On their customer service alone, I would rate them the highest of stars available for this review. Not only is my condo perfect, I have my peace of mind back again and that is precious to me.

Pine Ridge did an amazing job repairing my house after a vehicle drove through it. Although it took a lot longer than either one of us had anticipated to complete the project, it was completed perfectly. The workers were very Professional, honest and trustworthy. They had open communication with me and resolved any issue in a timely manner. I am grateful for all their hard work and dedication to getting my house repaired so we could move back in there.

Pine Ridge was extremely helpful through a long clean up and rebuild process for us. We had a pipe burst over the holidays damaging almost half of our house including our master bathroom, kitchen, hardwood floors and basement. Rick and his whole crew were quick to get the clean up process started and save as much as we could. Rick was extremely helpful during the initial stages working with our insurance company and educating us to ensure we got the settlement we deserved. We continued to work with Pine Ridge to do the full rebuild putting our house back together. I can’t say enough good things about Tom, who was our lead contractor throughout the whole the rebuild process. He was responsive and honest with timelines and worked tirelessly to ensure we could done in time to host Thanksgiving! Their work was high quality and we are so thrilled with the finished product. We highly recommend Pine Ridge and will be working with them again for future projects in our home!

We had a drain pipe in the kitchen deteriorate and water was leaking into our duct work and into the surrounding area. Since our kitchen is on a slab, they had to dig up the concrete, and find and fix the pipe. Pineridge was able to find the issue, fix the pipe and put the kitchen back together in a quick turn around, all without any additional damage to our cabinets and countertops. When they told us it would take about 2 weeks we didn’t think it could be done that fast, but they made sure we were without a kitchen for the shortest amount of time possible. Tom was amazing and always made sure we were informed of what was going on and that the work was proceeding on time. The whole crew was great; they showed up on time, worked hard, and always cleaned up. They exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with the work!
