I have had to use Dryco two times now due to water getting in our basement and I am so thankful for them! They stay in contact with you and explain every step of the way. Chris and Shawn were the ones working on the floor and they both were very respectful and courteous. They explained the process to me and was very patient with me. Dryco completed a complex job at our apartment building. From the beginning to the end of the job, the staff (Logan, Chris, Rob and Tim) communicated clearly and handled everything very professionally. I had some specific requests that they gladly accepted. I highly recommend this business!

We had some water damage in our basement guest bedroom. We hardly ever use that room, so the door is always closed. Wednesday at noon I went down there to make up the bed for some guests, and I opened the door to a horrible smell! Found that water had somehow gotten in during the snow melt, so who knows how long it was sitting there. We called Dryco and within the hour they had someone out to assess our situation. We had the assessment emailed to us and were able to sign the estimate that evening through adobe acrobat sign via email. Dryco came out right away the next morning to get to work. Very professional, they called before coming, and everything went exactly how they explained it would. They had the carpet out, drywall cut, baseboards and trim off, and all the mold removed in a few short hours. A humidifier was set up to run overnight into the next day, and that next afternoon they came out again to see if everything was dry. It was and they removed the equipment and that was that. Very happy with our service and experience (as much as it does suck to have water damage) with Dryco. Would 100% recommend for any clean up needs.

We had a sewage backup that caused a flood in our finished basement. Once the plumber got the sewer cleared, and the “water” had drained out, Dryco got to work. They came out the same day I called and stabilized the situation to prevent further damage. They spent most of the next day flood-cutting the drywall, removing the contaminated flooring, and cleaning. Overall it was about as positive of an experience as I could have hoped for given the situation. The staff were friendly, diligent, and responsive. As I sit here writing this, 4 days after the start of flooding, my basement is clean, and sanitized, and prepped for the rebuild. Thanks Dryco!
