Jaysen Witherspoon serves as Chief of Operations for Charter Restoration. I called with a catastrophe in my residents and Jaysen explained how they were booked up at the time. However, over several hours he went the extra mile; following up with his team until he was able to provide me with the emergency service I needed to keep my tenants in the house. Also he provided me with his professional in-depth knowledge on my situation that put me at ease. In addition, his team went the extra mile and cleaned up the damaged area instead of postponing it for a later day. I would absolutely use Charter Restoration for my residents again in the future.

Charter restored my bathroom and bath vanity area after a limb from a tree damaged the area.Dealing with the insurance company and being uprooted from our bedroom for several weeks was a challenge. The professional outreach from Charter was amazing. The contractor I worked with itemized all the repairs required and was able to give a good estimate of the time required to complete the job., I was called before anyone arrived to work and all craftsmen that worked in my home was polite and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional and caring company to help restore your home.
