Thank you so much to Hayley Haser and the team at Servpro of Dothan. My Dad came home to a busted water heater and 2 inches of water everywhere. I called to find help, Hayley took my information and had technicians there so fast! They worked to remove the water and started drying his home right away. 23-25 October 2023/Great Experience! Betty and her Team were highly professional, courteous, and excellent packers! Everything went smooth and was done in the most effective manner. They were knowledgeable about the procedures and met our expectations of a Pack Out. Good communication and understanding, this to us, are meaningful keys to a successful outcome. The two were T and Jeff. Very professional, did excellent work in a timely manner. Each had a job to do which made the work load less on each other. I am very pleased with the work performed and the professional preparation of each. I will use Servpro again for my A/C cleaning.

WARNING! ⚠️ Do not allow ServPro to packup your belongings or trust with their commitment to replace anything they break (or throw out). Do not allow them to remove kitchen cabinets! You CAN do that or hire someone else. They broke and “lost” thousands $$$ and acknowledged they did verbally but refuse to pay in damages. Our ins agent / adjuster stated on record we were wronged by them!!! Majority of 4-5 star reviews are employees.
