I was thoroughly impressed with our experience with AdvantaClean. The owner, Jim Tanner came in after our incident, took measurements and moisture readings. Within a matter of hours, we had the proposal ready to sign. The assigned PM (Chad) worked seamlessly with the HOA and split out each parties responsibility. They arranged the tear out, dehumidification and rebuild. AdvantaClean took so much stress away because they handled everything. The crews doing the work were always on time and very pleasant.

From the time I first called AdvantaClean until well after the work was completed, I have been taken care of by this small business. If you need duct cleaning, which includes your air handlers, and/or mold remediation, AdvantaClean should be your first call. The CEO, Jim Tanner, is a licensed mold assessor and can answer all your questions. I had a lot questions and he took time to answer them thoroughly and in a manner I could understand, especially when it came to mold! Jim, Chad, who was the lead technician on our job, Matt, Daryl, and Daniel were all part of the process, but I can’t forget to give a shout out to Cindy in the admin department who helped me sort out and understand the billing. Everyone was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. You get service beyond the sale with AdvantaClean. I know this sounds like an advertisement, but when you get good help and service from a company, they deserve to get recognized.

What a splendid job done by the team at AdvantaClean of The Emerald Coast! We recently suffered from an unfortunate flood, and the subsequent damage was quite extensive. The need for water damage restoration in Destin, FL was paramount, and AdvantaClean was there to lend a helping hand. The crew was professional, diligent, and considerate of our predicament. I was amazed at their swift response and effective flood damage cleanup procedure, which saved a lot of our valuables. It’s a relief to know companies like these exist for such emergencies.
