Mila’s Restoration & Remodeling did an amazing job with our overall kitchen renovation! What drew us to Mila’s was that they were a one stop shop of design, construction and all renovation materials. It was nice not having to work separately with a kitchen designer then a contractor and then another company to pick backsplashes or cabinet hardware. Alex and Natalie were very easy to work with on the entire project. We never felt rushed to make decisions, and they were very responsive. They incorporated our ideas and made the process efficient. When it comes time to renovate the bathrooms, we hope to work with them again!

After getting the run around from our insurance company and their “preferred contractor” for over 3 weeks, we reached out to Mila’s Restoration to help with our water damage issue. Natalie was at our home the same day and worked with our insurance adjuster. Alex and Will were both very friendly and knowledgeable and were willing to work around our family’s schedule. Our home was restored in no time, we are super happy with the water restoration and the remodeling.

The water damage emergency clean up and drying process was done in a timely manner and professionally. We were very happy with the work done by Mila’s restoration & remodeling. Great craftsmanship! They are assisting us with our kitchen & bathroom remodeling which got affected by the pipe burst.

At first we noticed water damage under the bathtub in the 2nd floor. I contacted Mila’s Restoration & Remodeling and Will was very friendly and professional. Based on the picture that I sent to him, he said what the issue is and how to fix it and provided ball park estimate. The crew was in my place in no time, immediately fixed the issue, checked for any mold, fixed the plumbing, air vented the place. The whole time they were very careful and made sure my house was not getting messy and stayed clean which was very important to us. Our family is very satisfied with Will and Mila’s water damage restoration. Highly recommended!

I called Alex to access the problems in my attic and he came the next day. He was very thorough and fully explained everything that would need to be done to eradicate the problem. His team arrived in a timely fashion and was professional, polite and neat. They did an excellent job in removing all the mold in my attic. I was in a crisis with a flooded basement from a sewage backup issue which is common in our area but first time ever happened to us. I reached out to Alex and he was able to flex his schedule to ensure he could come and inspect my home within the hour of me calling. The inspection was thorough, and Alex made sure to explain everything clearly. He was also able to arrange for the mitigation to be performed very quickly. I was very satisfied with the job that Will, the foreman, performed. He was polite, prompt, and was kind enough to dispose of any rubbish we had in our basement. The quote provided was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend Mila’s Restoration to anyone in need of water and mold damage restoration!
