Great experience, with a completely dedicated team. We had tenants moving in right when we found out our sump pump had been malfunctioning for several months. Our floor boards in our basement were completely waterlogged with the threat of mold. Water Damage Inc. responded immediately. They came out on a Saturday afternoon, quarantined off the area, pulled out the damaged drywall and base boards, and set up dehumidifiers. They came out every day to monitor and reposition the dehumidifies until all was dry. A week later, the area is dry, repaired and as good as new. We are still in awe at how quickly the team responded, especially coming out promptly on a weekend. Thanks for bringing things back to normal, Water Damage Inc!

John was amazing. Him and Jesse came out on a quick emergency call in under 24 hours. Assessed the water damage from a shower upstairs to the middle floor kitchen sink. Taped around the square footage of where they used tools to see dark blue lines of where the water had traveled to. The company is very responsive.

My basement recently flooded and Water Damage Inc. arrived very quickly after they were called. They were able to remove all the water the same day and moved our furniture and other contents to the garage. The next day their crew began removing the wet Sheetrock and insulation, which was done in a timely and efficient manner. All of their employees are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their jobs. They explained how everything is completed to industry standards and provided guidance when communicating with my insurance company. The owner, John, was on site multiple times and called numerous times to follow up after their work was done to ensure the plumbing and reconstruction contractors he had recommended were meeting his standards and to provide more tips for ensuring my insurance company was fulfilling their obligations. I would highly recommend Water Damage Inc. if you are ever unfortunate enough to have an unexpected flood in your home. I can’t say enough good things about John and his entire staff.

I had the pleasure to interact with Lucas and Jesse. Both understood my concerns and did everything possible to set up an inspection quickly. I ended up not needing their service, but I was reassured and instructed on how to deal with the issue myself. I will definitely call them again if any water damage occurs. Super empathetic and honest people, on top of being knowledgeable.

When faced with mold in our guest bathroom, I turned to my sister for a recommendation since she has experience building and renovating two homes. Water Damage Inc helped her when she needed it, and she heartily gave them 5 stars. We give Water Damage staff 5 stars as well. They are professionals in every way–knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely tidy. Excellent communication throughout the job and being well connected with other professional partners to complete the work was a real plus. It’s one stop shopping with this team, and that means a lot when you ‘re dealing with mold. We are so grateful for a new bathroom ceiling that’s mold-free. Thank you Jesse, Paul and Jose!
