I don’t think I could recommend a company less than this one. I had the unfortunate experience with this company after a tree fell on our home on August. This was a company chosen by BMS CAT to remove and store my textiles. Everything was fine until it wasn’t. They tell you that you can have full access to your belongings. That’s laughable. I needed my son’s suits for homecoming and it took WEEKS to get them to pull his clothes. No one calls you back. No one cares one but. I offered to come get them and they sold me a bill of good that they would deliver them as a favor. A couple of weeks later I needed my black dresses for a funeral for my son’s friend who died unexpectedly and tragically. Again, they delivered as a favor after being so rude. None of these were favors and they billed my insurance $500 for these “favors”. When it came time to let them know I was ready to move home and needed my items returned, that’s when the real fun began. I was told their charges were lumped in with my big quote but they had a separate invoice that no one knew about and held my items hostage claiming my insurance had the bill and refused payment. My insurance company proved they never received a bill. But this company treated me horrible, spoke to me like trash, and refused to give my items back. They told me that I was sadly stuck between a pissing match between them and State Farm. State Farm had no bill from them. My claims adjuster went out of his way to get them paid so I could have my items back after being displaced for over two months. I never received and apology. They dropped my stuff and left and didn’t help to unbox even tho I was told I would be moved in fully. And I’m missing items that I can’t even bring to bring myself to fight them for bc everything has been a fight. This company is unprofessional, degrading, disrespectful, and honestly shouldn’t be in business.

Prejudice staff members (Darlene &husband)but excellent cleaning & packing work. My family’s home was hit by lightning we were out of our home from March to September. Insurance company paid me instead of Frsteam. Owner Ron was great stated I could give a check to anyone upon delivery which was Monday (convo on Saturday). However, rep Darlene cancelled delivery (on Friday)without notifying me or my husband a business day before delivery. Lied to my husband stating they didn’t deliver because I requested an inventory list(my husband took off work for delivery). Note: I only have briefly spoken to this woman very professionally no issues. However, she told owner she didnt feel comfortable delivering that Monday because she did think we would pay. Wow! Why? Anyway my husband provided the check and it was cleared the bank today. However maybe Darlene will learn to not judge a book by its cover? And hopefully Ron hires someone that is compassionate, empathetic and not prejudice to work with customers who have suffered unfortunate circumstances.
