Be very cautious with this company they are very unprofessional/rude, don’t return your stored belongings, dispose of your items without permission, and don’t want to honor their warranty/work and liars. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Lesson learned please read the reviews I wish I would’ve before I hired them.

Everyone at Atlanta Fire & Restoration has been very professional and has handled our damage in our home with such care and empathy! Emily has been my main point of contact and she has kept me calm in the storms called insurance and adjusters! She and Dathan, our amazing technician, have made this process lighter, easier and not as terrifying. Thank you both so much for your top notch service!

The process with this company has been very unprofessional and stretched out beyond the timeframe that was originally proposed for repairs. It has been 4 months and they are still not done. The hardwood floors are very uneven and poorly done. They have come to fix the floor a couple times, and it is still poorly done. They will give you a timeframe oh when they are supposed to come and will always be 2-3 hours late. We had to clean and reset furniture ourselves otherwise it usually takes them 4-5 days to come back and do it. If anyone has a big job on their house either look for a different company, or expect it to be a long drawn out process.

We had a house fire and the 1st person we met was Ashley he was great, then Tony was the project manager and he had the hard part of dealing with me and he did a good job. They completed a total renovation within 100 days and I called him at least 100 times!! The office staff acts like they hate talking to customers though. We are happy with the job overall.
