Steve came to my home for an inspection to give a second opinion on some work that had been done by another flood remediation company that had been recommended by my insurance company. I had had doubts on the quality of work that that company had performed and Steve was able to give me a list of what he felt still needed to be remedied based on his findings. He was extremely thorough and informative, and was able to confirm my suspicions. I was able to present this list to my claim provider so the work could be done properly.

The guys that came out & accessed my water damage on my hallway floor were terrific! They were friendly, professional and explained in detail everything I needed to know, in detail, about the repairs and options available to me. First of all, Emergency Flood Team exceeded our expectations. There was a water leak in our home and EFT arrived within an hour of our call. They brought in fans immediately to dry things out before returning the next day. Every day after that they continued to impress. We found Danny and Aaron to be excellent communicators, respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable and polite. They never appeared to just be doing a job but always did their best. Arrianna, the scheduler, is also and excellent communicator. She called us once per day to give us a summary of what was accomplished that day and what to expect the next day. Aaron called us each morning to tell us when he would arrive. This company was originally in Gilbert, AZ, but expanded to Cottonwood in the last few years. We are lucky to have them.

Very efficient and professional service. They responded quickly to a water damage concern and provided a report with photographs on the same day. Great communication by providing a window of arrival and additional call shortly before the technician arrived. The inspection met my expectations and I appreciate the experience of the team.

EFT was extremely responsive and delivered incredible service from the very first call and throughout my entire time working with them. Extremely knowledgeable and showed so much patience and kindness in responding to the many questions I had regarding the repair process, insurance, etc. They followed up consistently and I felt supported throughout the entire process. I had an emergency so I called the company I found in Google and the gentleman was really polite and professional. They showed up very fast and knew exactly what they were doing. My issue was taken cared of right away and I saved a lot of money!

Save this number in your phone! For yourself and your family and friends. When a surprise happens you don’t know what to do and Emergency Flood Team will know what to do. Everyone was extremely professional but also truly concerned. The technician took the time to explain the process and what to expect. Communication was excellent and the advised schedule was adhered to. You will be glad you called!
