Chris was great and effective in treating our basement that sustained some water damage to our mechanical room and living room basement after a backup to our septic system. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He responded on a short notice when we experienced the problem.

The communication on what needed to be done, the time frame to complete, and the overall promptness made things very easy and took a lot of the worry out of the equation.

They completed the smoke damage services, although the house was definitely not cleaned to the standard we expected. Having said that, the real issue is that they never paid to replace the items that were broken during this process. It was not a huge dollar amount, but they did agree to do this. My emails are no longer being responded to.

Restoration Pro 24 was recommended by our insurance company. They came out on the weekend when we had a burst water pipe issue. Our room was completely dried out w/in a few days as promised. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
